MYNDIGHETENE STILLER KRAV til at du som jobber med eller i nærheten
av elektriske anlegg på NIS- og NOR-registrerte skip skal gjennomføre
årlig FSE-opplæring. Våre e-læringskurs FSE 2017 Skip – lavspenning
og FSE 2017 Skip – Lav- og høyspenning er spesialutviklet til formålet
og bestilles på www.trainor.no.
THE AUTHORITIES REQUIRE ALL who work with or near electrical installations
on NIS and NOR registered ships to receive annual training in
electrical safety (FSE). Our e-learning courses, FSE 2017 Ships – Low
Voltages and FSE 2017 – Low Voltages and High Voltages, are specifically
developed for this purpose and are available at www.trainor.no.
NIS- OG NOR-REGISTRERTE SKIP er
underlagt norsk jurisdiksjon, og kravet
om å følge FSE er hjemlet i tilsynsloven
av 24. juli 1929 §1: «Denne lov omfatter
alle elektriske anlegg og alt elektrisk
utstyr, unntatt radiotelegraf og radiotelefoni».
Kursene er også aktuelle,
men ikke pålagt, for skip som går
under andre flagg.
Førstehjelpsmodul
Kursene inneholder en egen modul om
førstehjelp ved strømulykker. Denne
modulen kan også tas som et separat
kurs dersom du har gjennomgått
FSE-opplæring på annen måte
og kun trenger førstehjelpskurset.
TILFREDSSTILLER
MYNDIGHETSKRAV
Kursene tilfredstiller myndighetenes
krav om årlig teoretisk
oppdatering i FSE inkl. førstehjelp*.
Det skal ikke være mer
enn 12 måneder mellom hver
opplæring, jf. veiledning til
§ 7 i FSE.
* I tillegg til kurset må du ha praktisk
trening i hjerte-lunge-redning (HLR).
NIS AND NOR REGISTERED SHIPS are
subject to Norwegian jurisdiction. The
requirement to follow the FSE Electrical
Safety Regulations is authorised by the
Law of 24 May, 1929 regarding the supervision
of electrical installations §1: «This
Act applies to all electrical installations and
all electrical equipment with the exception
of radiotelephony and radiotelegraphy.»
The courses are also relevant to ships
registered under other flags, but are not
a requirement.
First aid module
The courses include a separate module
on first aid for electrical accidents. This
module may also be taken as a separate
course if you have taken the FSE training
by some other means and only lack the
first aid course.
MEETING THE OFFICIAL
REQUIREMENTS
The courses meet the authorities’
require ments for annual theoretical
refresher courses including first
aid*. No more than 12 months
may lapse between training
courses, as specified in the
Guidelines to FSE Regulations §7.
* In addition to the theoretical course, you
must complete training in practical CPR
(artificial resuscitation and chest compression).

FSE-KURS FRA TRAINOR ØKER SIKKERHETEN for ansatte som jobber med
elektriske anlegg. Du kan velge mellom FSE-kurs i lavspenning eller lavog
høyspenning. Begge kursene inneholder førstehjelpsmodul.
SIKKERHETSFORSKRIFTEN, Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av
elektriske anlegg (FSE), gjelder for NIS- og NOR-registrerte skip. FSE dekker alle
spenningsnivåer, men skiller også flere steder mellom lavspenning (opptil 1000 V
AC/1500 V DC) og høyspenning (over 1000 V AC/1500 V DC).

REGULATIONS on the Operation of Electrical Installations issued by the
Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning (FSE) apply to all NIS
and NOR registered shipping vessels. FSE covers all voltage levels, but
distinguishes between low voltages (up to 1000 V AC/1500 V DC) and
high voltages (above 1000 V AC/1500 V DC) where necessary.
