What else can we tell you?<br />
ORDERING<br />
We appreciate your order as far in advance as<br />
possible. We prefer 72 hours’ notice when placing<br />
orders for delivery, but will always do our best<br />
to accommodate your request. A minimum of 8<br />
servings is required for each item ordered, and a<br />
deposit of 25% may be required at the time of order<br />
confirmation.<br />
A $10 delivery charge will be applied to each order.<br />
Our delivery area includes the City of Medicine<br />
Hat, as well as Redcliff and Dunmore. To arrange<br />
deliveries please call our Events Coordinator<br />
at 403-526-3330 Ext. 3, send an email to<br />
events@paradisevalleypar3.com, or fax the order<br />
form to 403-529-5077.<br />
All orders will be verified by our Events Coordinator.<br />
If you do not hear from us within 2 business days,<br />
please call 403-526-3330 to confirm. If you are a<br />
regular, high volume account, please ask for details<br />
about monthly invoicing options.<br />
PAYMENT<br />
An invoice will be left with your delivery, and can<br />
be paid at that time or within 7 business days. We<br />
accept cash or cheque at the time of delivery, but<br />
can take Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Amex at the<br />
Paradise Valley Golf Course <strong>Clubhouse</strong>.<br />
CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY<br />
Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior<br />
to delivery. Cancellations must be received via<br />
e-mail or in writing no later than 48 hours prior to<br />
delivery. All orders cancelled within 48 hours will<br />
result in a 100% charge to the client. Cancelled<br />
orders that are still chargeable under our policy will<br />
be delivered unless otherwise requested.<br />
SETUP<br />
We will provide disposable dishes, cutlery, plates<br />
& napkins if required. If requested, we can provide<br />
chafing dishes, ceramic platters, linens, silverware,<br />
china, and glassware for an additional fee.<br />
Delivery does not include setup, serving, or<br />
cleanup. If you required assistance in this regard,<br />
please discuss pricing and details with our Events<br />
Coordinator.<br />
FOOD SAFE POLICIES<br />
All food is prepared in a commercial kitchen<br />
according to Alberta Food Safe Practices, and<br />
should be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours<br />
of delivery. If leftover food is taken by you or your<br />
guests, it then becomes your responsibility for<br />
proper refrigeration and handling. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Clubhouse</strong><br />
waives any liability of any leftover food taken by you<br />
or your guests.<br />
