The reception of all who<br />
were in attendance<br />
showed me how each<br />
one was engaged to<br />
what I had to speak on.<br />
The audience of the<br />
Christian Saints had<br />
restored my faith, my<br />
peace and my joy. To see<br />
and watch the Christians<br />
as they participated and<br />
interacted with my<br />
message presented from<br />
a biblical and secular<br />
stance encouraged and<br />
pushed me to lead by<br />
the foundation that God<br />
had placed in me to<br />
become the leader he<br />
had always known I had<br />
inside of me.<br />
I have been re-instated<br />
in another role on<br />
February 14, 2017,<br />
which will help me to<br />
work to improve others<br />
when I re-instated<br />
myself as a member in<br />
the local chapter of the<br />
NAACP organization in<br />
Jefferson County, West<br />
Virginia.<br />
As for my mission today,<br />
I will continue to take<br />
stock over the<br />
importance of positive<br />
leadership skills needed<br />
in schools, local<br />
churches, businesses<br />
and family living.<br />
I am working to help<br />
restore the harmony, the<br />
effectiveness of all<br />
entities to work<br />
together as a team to<br />
better service all as a<br />
form of an educational<br />
process that will<br />
empower all<br />
communities of people<br />
within the surrounding<br />
counties in West<br />
Virginia.<br />
It is important for me<br />
and everyone to invest<br />
into the lives of the<br />
youth and adults<br />
through good<br />
leadership. I have also<br />
noted the impoverished<br />
and uninspired<br />
experiences our people<br />
can face and have face<br />
under poor or inept<br />
leaders within various<br />
organizations that were<br />
designed to have<br />
stability.<br />
I have sensed through<br />
my personal<br />
relationship with God,<br />
that my ability to listen<br />
to his voice, to adhered<br />
to the Holy Spirits helps<br />
me with my purpose in<br />
life to work on the vision<br />
and the mission to make<br />
a difference in people<br />
with the skills, the<br />
knowledge that he has<br />
allowed me to obtain<br />
with this scripture<br />
