I am very pleased to share with you this report of donations to MSVU in 2006/07. I am delighted
with MSVU’s many accomplishments this past year, but I am especially proud of our donors who
continue to support us in our continued quest to provide an outstanding university experience to
our students.
This report includes the names of individuals, companies and associations who made a gift(s)
between April 1, 2006 and March 31, 2007. The pie chart on page 24 indicates the areas, programs
and initiatives that were supported. The Mount Community includes: alumnae, past and present
Board of Governors’ members, staff, faculty and honorary degree recipients. Names listed under
Friends of the Mount and Corporations, Foundations & Organizations are those with a special
interest in the Mount.

Mystics’ Society – Recognizes alumnae who have made their first
gift to the University within two years of graduation.
LIFETIME GIVING RECOGNITION
Those donors who have a long tradition of giving and whose
cumulative lifetime giving exceeds $50,000
Founder’s Society $50,000 - $99,999
Seton Society $100,000 +
PLANNED GIVING RECOGNITION
The 1873 Society, the year the Mount was founded, honours
those who have notified the University of their intention to
include Mount Saint Vincent University in their estate plans. The
University recognizes with gratitude those alumnae and friends
whose commitment to the Mount extends beyond their lifetime.
