Hotel COMPLETED This month we completed the hotel’s factsheet as well as<br />

Website Hotel COMPLETED<br />
In <strong>February</strong>, we added a Mee ng Booking widget onto all the<br />
independent websites for the HICP po o. The widget allows<br />
users to book a mee ng room online for the first me. We also<br />
received some press coverage through a release sent out by<br />
Mee ng Booker.<br />
HICP Menu refresh IHG Print design HICP/Central ONGOING We are working with our suppliers to update the new HICP<br />
menus for <strong>2017</strong>. We are scheduled to completed these and<br />
deliver to the hotels by Mid-April.<br />
HICP Xmas Brochures IHG Print design HICP/Central ONGOING We have started development work on the new HICP region<br />
Christmas brochures. These accompanied the new menu<br />
sele ons and comms sent round the business in <strong>February</strong>. Work<br />
is due to be completed by Mid-April.<br />
Mother’s Day - Design/print Central ONGOING In <strong>February</strong>, we also started work on Mother’s Day flyers that will<br />
be shared with the hotels. These can be updated with hotel<br />
specific offers and amended at any me.<br />
iMBP jobs All All hotels ONGOING This month we have sent 17 emails and completed 39 iMBP jobs<br />
in total. In this report you will see a snapshot of these jobs.<br />
