Assisted Living<br />
CRSS’s three assisted living facilities<br />
offer independence with a little<br />
help. Assisted Living Facilities offer<br />
twenty-four hour supervision and<br />
security, three nutritious meals daily,<br />
medication s<strong>to</strong>rage and distribution,<br />
personal care assistance, beautician<br />
services, laundry, housekeeping,<br />
transportation for activities and an<br />
emergency call system.<br />

(CRSS) provides services <strong>to</strong><br />
improve the quality of life for senior<br />
adults by promoting and providing<br />
health assistance, housing<br />
facilities, social services and programs,<br />
and volunteer opportunities in<br />
St. Louis City and County, as well as in St. Charles,<br />
Jefferson, Franklin and Warren Counties.<br />

CRSS provides skilled nursing<br />
care and short and long term rehabilitation<br />
services at Mary Queen and<br />
Mother Center in Shrewsbury.<br />
Meeting residents’ health needs and<br />
providing comfort and a feeling of<br />
security are priorities for our care<br />
team. Families are encouraged <strong>to</strong> participate<br />
as care partners of their loved<br />
ones. Rehabilitation <strong>Services</strong> include<br />
physical therapy, occupational therapy<br />
and speech therapy in an interdisciplinary<br />
