Executive summary<br />
We are look<strong>in</strong>g for an <strong>in</strong>vestor who is able to partly f<strong>in</strong>ance our new pellet<br />
<strong>and</strong> briquette factory <strong>in</strong> <strong>Hungary</strong>. The factory will use base material from<br />
agricultural waste, which is freely available <strong>in</strong> our region. Our target market<br />
is Germany <strong>and</strong> the Netherl<strong>and</strong>s. The planned capacity of the factory is<br />
2 t/h for pellets or 1t/h for briquettes. We <strong>in</strong>tend to use mach<strong>in</strong>ery which is<br />
capable of us<strong>in</strong>g a very wide range of raw materials that can easily change<br />
production from pellet to briquette. Expected yearly production is approx.<br />
10 000 t/year. Expected yearly turnover is m<strong>in</strong>imum 1 000 000 EUR. (work<br />

Provide a short description of the bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />
<strong>Hungary</strong> has significant potential for the process<strong>in</strong>g of agricultural waste,<br />
as currently, this waste is not used for any other purposes. In addition there<br />
is significant EU dem<strong>and</strong> for pellets <strong>and</strong> briquettes. The bus<strong>in</strong>ess plan is<br />
based on sourc<strong>in</strong>g local cheap raw materials <strong>and</strong> sell the goods <strong>in</strong>to the<br />
premium end of EU market. This market is grow<strong>in</strong>g year by year <strong>and</strong> is a<br />
ready market for pellets <strong>and</strong> briquettes.<br />
Description of your product(s) <strong>and</strong>/or services<br />
Our product would be pellets produced from wheat straw, corn straw <strong>and</strong><br />
sunflower straw or other agricultural waste to EU st<strong>and</strong>ards DIN Plus <strong>and</strong><br />
ENPlus. Pack<strong>in</strong>g as 15 kg bags or big-bags (900 kg).<br />

From f<strong>in</strong>anc<strong>in</strong>g, the factory will be <strong>in</strong> production with<strong>in</strong> 4 months. Be<strong>in</strong>g part<br />
of the operation from the beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g will ensure full f<strong>in</strong>ancial transparency for<br />
the <strong>in</strong>vestor.<br />
