cycling, then join me on the
20km that’s ideal for novice
cyclists. Otherwise feel free
to enter the whole family in
the 5km ride for R50. The
bonus? If you enter the race
you will receive a free ticket

the Cape is home to

Show you will have
the opportunity to sample

Cape’s best wines in the
Wine Village. For only R10

tasting coupons.

the Cape
Getaway

km Lourensford Getaway
Trail Runthat’s sponsored
by Sportsman’s Warehouse
through the picturesque
Lourensford Wine Estate.
The trail run costs cost
R100 per person, and it also
includes free entry to the
Show for the runner plus

Kids will have
a blast on the
various rides
in the Spur
Kids Area.
Activities in the kid’s area
will include the parachute
rocket, bungee, go-karts and
swings. In addition to the
fun kids are guaranteed to
have at the Show, kids under
