Events scheduled to take place in the THEATRE shall utilize the services of the
THEATRE’S FOH CREW. The cost of these services, if any, will be borne by the
their members participate in FOH activities are encouraged to supply volunteers that can
"shadow" regular theatre volunteers/staff.
3.3 HOUSE MANAGER
3.4.1 The THEATRE and premises, including keys thereto, will be at all times under
control of the THEATRE CO-ORDINATOR or designate. The THEATRE
CO-ORDINATOR or other duly authorized representatives of the THEATRE
will have the right to enter the THEATRE at all times during the period covered
the THEATRE CO-ORDINATOR or designate that more security personnel may
3.4.4 If in the opinion of the THEATRE CO-ORDINATOR or designate, security
issues require stage door or main entrance security during rehearsals or a
performance, the LICENSEE may be required to provide an individual who will
screen all members of the public to ensure their involvement in the LICENSEE’S
event. If the LICENSEE cannot provide adequate security the THEATRE may
do so at an expense to the LICENSEE. The THEATRE may also require the
LICENSEE to provide security ID passes to ensure proper identification of all
individuals involved in the LICENSEE’S production.
