Special features of the Internal
Contracting in Koprivnica
Koprivnica is different from the
other cities mentioned in this report:
there were no “low-hanging fruit”
investments, which means that the
revolving fund had to be larger, and
replenishing it takes longer:
3 In this case, the use of external cofinancing
sources is needed
Koprivnica’s fund is managed by the
regional energy agency. This may lead
to the creation of a larger regional
fund covering projects for many
municipalities.
Moreover, the creation of Koprivnica
fund has inspired other public
institutions, such as General County
Hospital “Dr. Tomislav Bardek”
Koprivnica with its €500,000 fund.
