LIVESTRONG ® AT THE YMCA
LIVESTRONG ® at the YMCA is a free 12-week small group program for
adult cancer survivors, family members and caregivers. Through this
program, we support cancer survivors in the transitional period between
completing their cancer treatment and the time of feeling physically and
emotionally strong enough to return to their normal life.
You do not have to be a YMCA member to participate; all participants
will go through an interview process. Cost associated with the program is
underwritten by the YMCA. Space is limited for each session, to allow for a
low LIVESTRONG at the YMCA instructor-to-participant ratio. The program
is available to adult cancer survivors 18 + years.
