CarePlus Pharmacy continues
to grow with Mangan’s and
Kiely’s joining the Group
CarePlus, Ireland’s fastest growing brand in the pharmacy retail sector,
is delighted to announce the opening of Mangan’s CarePlus Celbridge,
which officially opened its doors on Friday 10 March. Located beside
the new Primary Care Centre, Maynooth Road, Celbridge, all-star Gaelic
Football legends Johnny Doyle and Dermot Earley were in attendance
on the day to cut the ribbon and officially open the new store.

Siobhan Ashe, Pharmacist,
who are dedicated to providing
excellence in health care
and patient advice to the
local community. Welcoming
the progression to CarePlus
is owner, Pat Mangan, who
believes that CarePlus offers
excellent amenities to their
pharmacies and says, “I felt
it was time for us to move
forward and ensure we provide
our customers with a modern,
but welcoming pharmacy and
CarePlus delivered on this in

pharmacy that is welcoming

Siobhan Ashe, Pharmacist
in the new Celbridge store,
believes the new CarePlus
App is a fantastic service to
offer the local customers,
which allows them to order
their prescriptions from their
phones. Commenting on this,
Siobhan says, “The App really
delivers on convenience,
which is so valuable for the
customer. It allows us have
the prescription ready for
when they want to collect it,
which gives us more time to
speak with our customers and
patients. That is the kind of
personalised service we are
committed to providing.”
The pharmacy can help
their customers and patients
with new services such as
blood pressure monitoring,
weight management, smoking
cessation and contraception,
along with free parking outside
the pharmacy for ease and
convenience.
The Group continues their
expansion, with Sean Kiely
rebranding his pharmacies
in Edenmore, Raheny,
Dublin 5 and Le Fanu Road,
Ballyfermot, Dublin 10,
and shortly to follow is his
business on Ballyfermot
Road, which is rebranding
next month. Speaking
about joining CarePlus and
deciding to rebrand three of
his businesses, Sean Kiely
says, “My family have served
the communities of Raheny
and Ballyfermot for over
60 years and we want to
continue to provide a bestin-class
offering. Customers’
expectations are continuously
evolving - they are looking
for more services from their
local pharmacy and I felt the
CarePlus model catered for
my future business plans and
the needs of my customers.
Also, retaining the two family
names (Kiely’s Le Fanu Road
and Ballyfermot Road and
Cronin’s Raheny) which have
been embedded within the
communities we serve was
essential to my business and
CarePlus not only ensures
the name is preserved, but
that it is promoted at every
opportunity.”
