Step 6: Blend for approximately 45 seconds until smooth. i really liked this recipe because it's similar to a smoothie at smoothie king that i really like. also the picture makes it look very appetizing. at first i thought that the peanut butter would get caught on the blades and slow them. When i made it though, i found it was a rather easy blend that did the trick! it was very flavourful and sweet but also had a hint of banana which was just perfect. Teachers claim that their a visual distracting to students which is the main draw back on the product. The spinners are very fun, but when somebody is trying to focus, it would be best to leave them alone. Studies show that students actually focus more on the spinners because of their flashy looks. These spinners may be beneficial for stress relieving though. For somebody with adhd that must focus on a topic, fidgeting with
something less distracting is of better use.
