I greet u all in the name of our Lord Jesus
Christ.I would like to thank our dear parents,
principals and directors for all the support
towards the term one 2017.
The school has continued to strengthen
the existing partners of SAI International
School and KIIT World school and in the
course of the term the school has been able
to partner with other schools in the different
countries that is USA and France we have
have shared a lot with them with students
and teachers.
The our school has a chapter under kids
for peace called Gombe Education brand
and last year in December we organized
a community outreach where the gates of
Gombe High School where opened to the
children of Kawaala and a Christmas party
was made for the children , a lots of gifts
were given including clothes, bouncing
castle ad music. Following this activity the
Gombe Education brand appeared in the
News Letter of the Kids for peace 2016.
The students are invited to attend a
SAIMUN ( SAI International Model United
Nations Conference ) which will take place
on 27th – 29th July and in this conference
the students will be going as Uganda
delegates ad they were also invited for an
international cultural festival which will take
place on 28th October – 5th November 2017
called Odisha Biennial which is organized
by a famous Japan artist called Masako
Ono, the festival will be closed the Uganda
Ambassador to India.
I want to appreciate the parents for
supporting our school business especially
those who have bought our school company
products and also accepted their students
to buy shares in the company. The students
have exported and imported items to India
and Uganda. The students enterprises have
come under one umbrella called GOMBE
STUDENTS ENTERPRISES comprising of three
students projects that is GenuineCompany,
educate, Gombe cultural troupe and Brass

band. And the troupe and Brass band
has performed on different functions like
introduction ceremony, wedding functions
and Kabaka birthday which was held at
Buloba High.The students project registered
to take part in the School Enterprise
Challenge competition which is global
competition for schools all over the world
managed by TEACH AMAN TO FISH and we
are looking at being the winner of 2017.
In conclusion, our students will be
travelling to India for trip in July 27th and
kindly request parents to pay for their
children to go for the trip. The fee will be USD
1500 and booking fee is USD 500 to enable
proper preparations. The accommodation,
transport from school to the airport and
other local transport with in India ad feeding
will be provided by the school.
