1992-Constitution of the MCC. DANOBATGROUP becomes member.
Constitution of BIMATEC-SORALUCE sales & service company in Germany.
1992-1997-Sales & service offices opened in China, Germany, France, Japan, Italy,
USA and Brazil.
2002-Acquisition of German company OVERBECK.
2003-Acquisition of English company NEWALL.
2004-GOIMEK is established – a factory specialized in high precision machining.
2005-DANO-RAIL starts its activity focused in supplying equipment for the railway
maintenance.
