Roland Foods is excited to introduce five classic Italian-American condiments invented in two culinary
melting pots, Chicago and New Orleans. Roland ® Chicago Style Giardinieras are tangy and zippy mixes
of pickled peppers, cauliflower, carrot and celery. Available in Hot and Mild, they have a pleasant,
slightly chunky and crunchy texture which sets them apart from the original Italian recipe, made with
large pieces of vegetables. Roland ® Hot Giardiniera Relish features the same delicious veggies finely
minced, making it an ideal sandwich spread. Or take your taste buds from Chicago to New Orleans
with Roland ® New Orleans Style Muffuletta Salads, blends of briny green and black olives combined
with toothsome celery, peppers and other vegetables. These bright and tangy salads, available in Hot
and Mild, are traditionally used in the ultimate NOLA specialty, the Muffuletta sandwich.
