lot many of them, e.g., People, Place, Money,<br />
Technical and Commercial support etc.<br />
Contingency plans would be needed. Choose<br />
people selectively. Hire less but hire the right<br />
quality. Groom them or get them groomed<br />
appropriately. Outsource as much as you can<br />
afford.<br />
Enthuse and energise yourself<br />
All days are not going to be the same. Lull times,<br />
bad times and tough times will keep coming back<br />
to you at regular intervals. Keeping your self<br />
motivation high may become a tough challenge.<br />
Remember the old maxim, “This too shall pass”.<br />
Your energy and motivation is going to rub on<br />
your team and family. Be a good shock-absorber<br />
for them.<br />

Your company matters. Revolve around negative,<br />
unethical and short-term focused people and<br />
there is every likelihood of your becoming the<br />
same. Search for more successful and ethical role<br />
models for yourself. Toss ideas and share your<br />
experiences. Benefit from theirs. Exponential<br />
development happens when you keep your mind<br />
