The movie BAGHBAN made it look glamorous. 

You could become the next best seller. A 

friend, who has written many books, gave me 

a practical tip: Write one page a day. In six 

months, your book could be ready. Else, start 

blogging on the net. Later compile it into an 

eBook. 

Vlog 

Throw away your expensive SMART PHONE if 

you use it in a dumb manner. It can do things 

much beyond your talking, emailing, surfing 

or WhatsApping. 

Become an internet sensation. Create your 

YouTube channel [it’s free!]. Speak to your 

phone and upload your videos. Make sure 

that you stick to 2-3 minutes only. A little 

practice can make the difference. Try it. It’s 

great fun. Who knows, YouTube may start 

paying you for your expertise or you may 

attract your potential customers through 

showcasing your talent.

Your rich experience needs to be shared with 

people in the industry and society along with 

students in schools and colleges. Take the 

help of some senior trainer and get coached 

into the art and craft of training. You may 

start for free and gradually build your price 

and range. Rest assured, its enjoyable and 

rewarding. I have spent 32 years in this 

domain and love every part of it. 

Cooking could be fun. There are many hungry 

souls looking for economical, homemade and 

nutritious food. However, the competition 

among sellers may be stiff. A good trick you 

could use is to look for offices (it can be your 

previous office) where you can sell your 

meals. Negotiate well and have a contract 

with them. Make sure that you are consistent 

in terms of quality, price, deliveries and 

relationship with your customers.

special occasions catering.
