the Y, either as a member, donor, or volunteer.<br />

3. Continue to be stewards of youth programs through<br />

expansion of drowning prevention work, increase in<br />

diabetes prevention programs, expansion of youth obesity<br />

prevention, and growth of our Global Center of Excellence<br />

work.<br />

3. Implement innovative medically based programming to help<br />

decrease and better manage chronic disease in our communities.<br />

4. Support continued community access to healthy food and<br />

provide innovative ways to increase the nutrition education in<br />

our community.<br />

a seamless referral system from clinics to the Y community.<br />

4. Address the needs of the aging population by<br />

providing programs that decrease isolation and provide<br />

intergenerational opportunities.<br />

5. Foster and support civic engagement, philanthropy, and<br />

volunteerism both externally & internally.<br />
