5.25.1 Syntax

5.25.2 Interface
Send a message to network side, the message will be sent in two steps. First, send
^HCMGS=[,] end with(CR), TE waits the reply from MS
(IRA 13, 10, 62, 32), send the message text, end with
(IRA 26).
5.25.3 Value
TEXT Model:
When using GSM 7 BIT or UNICODE, text value will be presented in its own form. For
example, the UCS2 encoding value for “会” is 4E1A, then the text would be “0x4E1A”,
instead of “4E1A”.
