response <strong>to</strong> living and playing in <strong>the</strong> amazing Tamar <strong>Valley</strong> and its surrounds.<br />
Turn off <strong>the</strong> A386 <strong>to</strong>wards Peter Tavy. After bridge stay left, turn right at Langsford <strong>the</strong>n<br />
first left, approximately 200 yards turn left at T-junction. Continue up for about 300<br />
yards and turn right before Harragrove, up steep lane and finally over cattle grid. Limited<br />
wheelchair access; single step in<strong>to</strong> studio. Good parking and breathtaking views.<br />
