2017 is a very special year for Total Foodservice as it is the 50th Anniversary of the Company. To celebrate I wished to do something special
when shooting this year’s Christmasbrochure.
Planning of the shoot began with my love for the Lake District. Having driven past Grey Gables many times, the location of the shoot,and
having admired the light, design and location of the house, it seemed the ideal place to celebrate Christmas.
Paul, Steve and Joe (our team of chefs), Rachel (our marketing executive) and Sophie (our photographer) have workedextremely hard to bring
you inspiration for your Christmas menus.

This was my first Christmas shoot at TFS,
it certainly had the wow factor. We had
a few long hard days in the kitchen but
with such an incredible setting to prepare
the festive range it was a truly amazing
experience. The three of us worked well
together and had such fun showcasing
our products for you.

This shoot was an amazing few days
and the setting was beautiful. I’ve loved
being back in the kitchen, cooking with
our products and seeing what they can
do. As my hero Marco Pierre White once
said “Gastronomy is the greatest form
of therapy that anyone can be exposed
to.” I’m really impressed with our festive
range this year , I hope our customers like
using them as much as we did.
What can I say, this was the first shoot we
have ever done off site, incredible.
