<strong>2017</strong> is a very special year for Total Foodservice as it is the 50th Anniversary of the Company. To celebrate I wished to do something special<br />

when shooting this year’s <strong>Christmas</strong>​brochure​.<br />

​Planning of the shoot began with my love for the Lake District. Having driven past Grey Gables many times​, the locati<strong>on</strong> of the shoot,​and<br />

having admired the light, design and locati<strong>on</strong> of the house, it seemed the ideal place to celebrate <strong>Christmas</strong>.<br />

Paul, Steve and Joe (our team of chefs), Rachel (our marketing executive) and Sophie (our photographer) ​have ​worked​extremely hard to bring<br />

you inspirati<strong>on</strong> for your <strong>Christmas</strong> menus.<br />

it certainly had the wow factor. We had<br />

a few l<strong>on</strong>g hard days in the kitchen but<br />

with such an incredible setting to prepare<br />

the festive range it was a truly amazing<br />

experience. The three of us worked well<br />

together and had such fun showcasing<br />

This shoot was an amazing few days<br />

and the setting was beautiful. I’ve loved<br />

being back in the kitchen, cooking with<br />

our products and seeing what they can<br />

do. As my hero Marco Pierre White <strong>on</strong>ce<br />

said “Gastr<strong>on</strong>omy is the greatest form<br />

of therapy that any<strong>on</strong>e can be exposed<br />

to.” I’m really impressed with our festive<br />

range this year , I hope our customers like<br />
