3.0. Lease Offer Stage<br />

In order for a client to qualify to go on this<br />

stage the following must have been adhered<br />

to; Completion of registration and survey<br />

processes.<br />

Client should have committed a premium<br />

deposit which is paid on Buganda Land Board<br />

The lease offer clearly stipulates the following;<br />

o Duration of lease<br />

o Premium to be paid which is less the<br />

initial deposit<br />
