Consent to plan & survey report 500,000/=<br />

(these fees constitute a detailed survey<br />

report and fees for a private licenced physical<br />

planner services).<br />

4.0. Legal Fees<br />

Legal charges are based on premium paid<br />

by client. These constitute fees involved in<br />

drawing of lease offers and agreements by<br />

court advocates.<br />

The fees vary between 200,000/= to<br />

350,000/= depending on the final total<br />

payable premium.<br />

5.0. Computation of Premium and<br />

Ground Rent Charges<br />

Computation of premium charges is based on<br />

capital value and the size of the plot and does<br />

not exceed 10% of the capital value of the<br />

land. This is in line with the government chief<br />
