SKIER SWING<br />

mode. As the plates traverse the front<br />

back to planks after giving this a try.<br />

SIDE CRUNCH<br />

This move is deceptively difficult,<br />

as it tests your balance and hits your<br />

oblique muscles. Focusing on your<br />

obliques is important for having balanced<br />

core strength, and side crunches do just<br />
