You want your flowerbeds brought back to life with blooming plants and flowers, patios should be jet washed to remove the winter grime, fences mended or replaced and given a fresh coat of stain or paint. If you want to achieve the highest possible sale price for your property then you have to put the work in, but the financial reward is worth it.
