when we are invited to a friend’s house,

This time of year we all want a garden
we can enjoy, our own little oasis that is

Staging only works if you have taken
care of the basics, and yes, that means
a few hours of weeding, cleaning, and
painting to bring your garden back
to pristine condition. You want your
flowerbeds brought back to life with
blooming plants and flowers, patios
should be jet washed to remove
the winter grime, fences mended or
replaced and given a fresh coat of
stain or paint.
If you want to achieve the highest
possible sale price for your property
then you have to put the work in, but
the financial reward is worth it. Plus, a
staged home attracts more interest and
typically sells quicker.
