initiative, it’s more than one and half year now but we didn’t see many success stories. The
reason for this is government created the policy but there are not many to enable it at grass
root level. And that’s where IFISE comes into picture, it is established to bridge these gaps.
As unemployment is rising, more and more people will have to find their own ways to
survive and hence entrepreneurship can rise. We see lot of positive things happening
around; entrepreneurs are developing innovative solutions to the problems they see
in society or industry. Many are doing wonderful job, they are working hard, and
they are earning good but they are small scale. It is comparatively easy to develop
a product or service to be offered to the market, the challenge lies in creating a self
sustainable and scalable business around it. It takes hell lot of understanding of market
needs, strategy, planning, financials, competition and most importantly customer.
Customers are human being so you need to understand their behaviors, psychology,
buying process and emotions. If you understand human beings then you understand
the world and then only you can do business by connecting with them. Being a
human being everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses, it is
necessary to know your limitations also else you will end up limiting
your business. Hence the key to success is in understanding yourself.
The purpose of IFISE (Federation) is to build entrepreneurs, to empower entrepreneurs
and to help them connect with the world. Instead of inviting celebrities and big
corporate guys we think we ourselves can solve our problems and hence FED TALKs
where any IFISE member can walk in and address the world, she/he is already is a
celebrity, an entrepreneur. We want to give this opportunity to represent yourself,
your thoughts, and your experiences before the world so that the world remembers
you. Budding entrepreneurs always need support and that could be anything like
knowledge, expert advice, infrastructure, funding or collaboration. And I am proud
to say that IFISE will provide this support which will help entrepreneurs SUCCEED.
