Colorado RLI Chapter
As the current President of the Colorado Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute, I am proud
to note that many of our members have received the distinguished designation of Accredited
Land Consultant (ALC). Receiving this designation is not an easy task as it requires 100+ hours of
intense education, a proven track record of a high level of performance within the industry, and a
serious commitment to professionalism.
We currently have a number of members that are going through the commitment of becoming an
ALC, and they will be a few steps closer in the coming weeks. On October 6th and 7th we will host
the Real Estate Mapping Technologies and Techniques class in Breckenridge, Colorado. During
these two days, our attendees will receive 16 credit hours of continuing education. They’ll walk
away with knowledge on how to create detailed maps for marketing purposes, and how to use
mobile apps in the field when showing ranches. These will be excellent tools that will allow our
members to provide a high level of customer service for their buyers and sellers.
If you’re a seller that is looking to sell your property in our region, or a buyer that is wanting to
make sure you are properly educated on all the current available inventory, I highly recommend
