Our History
On 01 July 2002, Le Nguyen Law Office (“Le Nguyen”) was
founded and operated under Operation Registration License No.
41.01.0021/TP/DKHD issued by Department of Justice of HCMC on
the basis of merging Law & HR Consulting (founded in 1997) and L.N
Consulting Service Company (founded in 2000).
Le Nguyen Law Office is dedicated to providing the highest quality
legal services at a reasonable cost. We are engaged in the general

Mr. Le Thanh Kinh - a Vietnamese attorney
and solicitor who received his Bachelor of
Law degree (LL.B) and then a Master of Laws
(LL.M.) at the Kuban State University in
Russia in 1988.
He has been in practice for more than twelve
years under the auspices of the Ho Chi Minh
City Bar Association and fluent in English and
Russian.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Le
Nguyen Law Office located in Ho Chi Minh,
Hanoi and Danang cities, which has
undertaken around 300 cases per year
including criminal, civil and commercial
cases.
Prior to the establishment of LAW & HR
Consulting® in 1997 and now is named Le
Nguyen Law Office, he worked as detective
for the Investigation Unit of the Ho Chi Minh
City Police Department.
Apart from being attorney, Mr. Kinh is also
arbitrator and included in the list of
arbitrators of Vietnam International
Arbitration Centre.
Through the years Mr. Kinh has been being
trusted by the Ho Chi Minh City judiciary
establishment with preparation and
dispensing of specialized courses for aspiring
lawyers at the Judicial Institute (belong to
Ministry of Justice).
In 2000, Mr. Kinh represented Kyunggi Silk
(Korea) Ltd., in the only recognition and
enforcement in Vietnam of a foreign arbitral
award against VISERI - a major State
company.
In 2002, Mr. Kinh represented Leighton
Contractors (VN) Ltd., in the landmark
decision by the Ho Chi Minh City appeals
court not to recognize and enforce in
Vietnam of a foreign arbitration award.
In 2005, Mr. Kinh represented British former
rocker star Gary Glitter, who has been
charged with child molestation by
Vietnamese authorities. Kinh has undertaken
a wide range of criminal disputes and is
highly successful in solving criminal cases
specialized to foreign individuals.
In 2009, Mr. Kinh was awarded Lawyer of
the Year.
Mr. Kinh has provided his clients such
Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, Mitsubishi

Hoai Giang has more than 14 years of
