Our History
On 01 July 2002, Le Nguyen Law Office was established on the basis of merging Law
and Human Resources Consulting Center (founded in 1997) and LN Consulting Service
Company (founded in 2000).
In order to expand and provide legal services to the clients professionally, on 03 July
2017, Le Nguyen Law Office converted to Le Nguyen Law Firm Limited ("Le Nguyen")
in accordance with Business License No. 41.02.0021/TP/ DKHD issued by the Department
of Justice of Ho Chi Minh City.
With more than 20 years of experience, Le Nguyen has been representing hundreds of
Vietnamese and foreign clients in various legal issues at affordable rates.
At the request of clients, Le Nguyen focuses on handling legal issues in the most
professional way. We have succeeded in building our reputation in the community of law

Mr. Le Thanh Kinh - a Vietnamese attorney
and solicitor who received his Bachelor of
Law degree (LL.B) and then a Master of Laws
(LL.M.) at the Kuban State University in
Russia in 1988.
He has been in practice for more than 20
years under the auspices of the Ho Chi Minh
City Bar Association and fluent in English and
Russian.
He is currently the Managing Director of Le
Nguyen Law Firm located in Ho Chi Minh,
Hanoi and Danang cities, which has
undertaken around 300 cases per year
including criminal, civil and commercial
cases.
Prior to the establishment of LAW & HR
Consulting® in 1997 which is now named Le
Nguyen Law Office, he worked as detective
for the Investigation Unit of the Ho Chi Minh
City Police Department.
Mr. Kinh is also an arbitrator and is listed as
an arbitrator of Vietnam International
Arbitration Centre.
Mr. Kinh is trusted by the judiciary
establishment of Ho Chi Minh city with the
organizing and teaching of the legal practice
courses for trainee lawyers at the Judicual
Institute (under the Ministry of Justice).
In 2000, Mr. Kinh represented Kyunggi Silk
(Korea) Ltd., in the only recognition and
enforcement in Vietnam of a foreign arbitral
award against VISERI - a major State
company.
In 2002, Mr. Kinh represented Leighton
Contractors (VN) Ltd. In the landmark
decision by the Ho Chi Minh City appeals
court not to recognise and enforce a foreign
arbitration award in Vietnam.
In 2005, Mr. Kinh represented British former
rock star Gary Glitter, who was charged with
child molestation by Vietnamese authorities.
Mr. Kinh has undertaken a wide range of
criminal disputes and is highly successful in
solving criminal cases for foreign individuals.
In 2009, Mr. Kinh was awarded Lawyer of
the Year.
Mr. Kinh has provided legal advice in areas
of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Real
Estate Law... for clients such as Vietnam
Airlines, China Airlines, Mitsubishi Corp,
Itochu Corp, Mitsui Corp, Daewoo

Ms. Hoai Giang has more than 15 years of
experience working in dispute resolution
and litigation. She has acted as attorney at
law and proceeded many disputes relating
to company management right of
shareholders, labor disputes with foreign
elements at Court regarding unilateral
termination of labor contract, labor
discipline treatment and payment for salary
and allowances. She also has experience in
many disputes resolved through arbitration
proceedings at VIAC and in many criminal
