CHRIST CLINIC TO HOST
6 TH ANNUAL BREAKFAST FOR A BLESSING
Christ Clinic of Katy will host its 6 th annual “Breakfast for a Blessing”
on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 7:30-9 AM at the Omni Houston
Hotel at Westside. Houston Methodist West will be the title sponsor for
the event. This year’s guest speaker will be Charles Smith, the Executive
Commissioner for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
The “Breakfast for a Blessing” event will raise funds that directly benefit
the patients served at Christ Clinic. As a nonprofit charity medical clinic,
Christ Clinic provides medical care to the uninsured with a team of caring
and dedicated volunteer providers and support personnel. In 2016, Christ
Clinic provided more than 10,000 patient visits to uninsured members of the
community. Christ Clinic also offers classes that promote healthy lifestyles
and provides education about managing chronic conditions.

CRAFT SHOW VENDORS WANTED
Westland Baptist Church is looking for crafters and vendors for the
“Westland Welcome Home Craft Show” to be held Oct. 7, 2017. We are
located at 1407 W Grand Parkway South in Katy. Booth fee is $50 for
a 10x10 space. After August 1 st , the cost is $60. All booths are indoors
and proceeds benefit the youth and children’s ministries. If you are
