LADIES GOLF<br />
A new ladies golf group is now forming at <strong>Cypress</strong> Lakes Golf Club. No<br />

NETBALL CLUBS<br />
Houston Shooting Stars welcomes ladies, men and youth to join in, play<br />
and learn netball, Tuesday nights at The British School of Houston.<br />
We are also looking for interested players, adults and youth to play in a<br />

TRACK HOUSTON YOUTH TRACK CLUB<br />
Track Houston is the nation’s largest and most successful youth track and<br />
field organization. Our goal is to assist interested boys and girls ages 6 to 18<br />
years old in improving their physical fitness and mental stamina. We have<br />
multiple practice sites in the Greater Houston area including McMeans<br />
Junior High School in Katy and <strong>Cypress</strong> Lakes High School in <strong>Cypress</strong>. Visit<br />

CYPRESS RUNNING CLUB<br />
<strong>Cypress</strong> Running Club is based in Coles Crossing, just north of 290 off of<br />
Barker <strong>Cypress</strong>. We welcome runners of all abilities. We offer a Couch-to-<br />
5k training plan for those new to running, as well as training plans for half<br />
and full marathons. Come meet lots of other <strong>Cypress</strong> residents and find<br />
some new running buddies. Distance runs are on Saturday mornings<br />
and start at Sampson Elementary, right off of Coles Crossing Dr. For more<br />
