Bayou City Art Festival will be held under the iconic Houston Downtown skyline, 10 AM - 6 PM. The<br />
festival will spotlight more than 300 artists from 19 different disciplines and benefit local nonprofits.<br />
Online tickets are on sale now until the day of the event at www.artcolonyassociation.<br />
org. Tickets online are $12 for adults and $5 for children 6-12; children five and under are free.<br />
Tickets at the gate are $15 for adults. Also available online are two-day passes for $20 and family<br />
passes (two adults, two children tickets) for $30. Discounted tickets for Veterans and Seniors will<br />
be available at the gate.<br />

LET’S GET COOKING AT THE <strong>2017</strong> HARRIS COUNTY FAIR “FOOD<br />
WRANGLER CHALLENGE”<br />
3 rd Annual Harris County Fair “Food Wrangler Challenge” October 19 th , 5- 8:30 PM at TX A&M<br />
AgriLife Extension, 3033 Bear Creek Drive, Houston, TX 77084. Food Wrangler is a chance<br />
for youth to show off their culinary skills! Teams compete for prizes and honors in two age<br />
divisions Junior/Intermediate for grades 3 rd to 8 th and Senior level for youth grades 9 th to 12 th as<br />
of <strong>September</strong> 1, <strong>2017</strong>. Registration is $40 per team includes meal for coaches and participates.<br />
Register now on Eventbrite. Deadline is October 10 th . Youth participants must be a member of<br />
a Harris County FFA or FCCLA groups or a Harris County 4-H member. Rules are posted on the<br />
