capability the demand for new <strong>knowledge</strong>-based tools<br />
increases. Our aim is to provide <strong>CIP</strong> FOrum <strong>2011</strong> participants<br />
with opportunities to expand their business toolboxes by offering<br />
interactive workshops. These sessions are designed to be concrete<br />
and hands-on to ensure that each participant will gain valuable<br />
new insights and walk away with new skills and tools. All workshops<br />
are led by subject matter experts.<br />
the WorkshoP content hiGhliGhts objectives for <strong>CIP</strong><br />
FOrum <strong>2011</strong> by deconstructing the details of some of the more<br />
complex matters that will shape The New Wealth of Nations.<br />
Topics such as how to value and transfer IP, how to maximize value<br />
from existing and potential IP assets, the importance of industry<br />
improved market places and alternative ideas of how to move ideas<br />
between organizations will be addressed. Law firms, universities,<br />
government agencies, corporate managers and other advisors and<br />
deal-makers for IP valuation and transaction will participate in the<br />
workshops. The overall aim is to let interactive discussions, simulated<br />
labs and other engaging exercises give time for reflection as<br />
well as questions and thoughts regarding best practice.<br />
