Riga is a city that is never going to be completely finished. The narrative code of Riga is a graphical sign opening up the space<br />
for the story of the city for us as the direct consumers and guests of the city. The sign of the city is not just a visual image<br />
created by colour, form and line, it is rather a key for access to the information embraced by the city environment
