Fruit & Nut<br />
POPCORN BALLS<br />
PREP: 15 MINS COOK:10 MINS MAKES: APPROX 44 BALLS<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />
2 packets Cobs Sea salt popcorn,<br />
lightly crushed<br />
2 cups mixed dried fruit and nuts of<br />
your choice<br />
1 cup mini marshmallows<br />
30g butter, plus extra to roll<br />
Grease and line 2 large trays<br />
METHOD<br />
1. Melt butter, marshmallows and 1 tablespoon water in<br />
a medium saucepan. Continue to stir until melted and<br />
smooth<br />
2. Pour popcorn and fruit nut mix into a large bowl, pour in<br />
the marshmallow and stir quickly to mix. Rub extra butter<br />
over your hands to prevent sticking, and working quickly,<br />
shape into tablespoon sized balls and place on prepared<br />
trays. Repeat to make about 44 balls<br />
3. Once cool, place balls into an airtight container<br />
