Obstacle Course Race Training<br />

OCR Training prepares you for all your fall<br />
obstacle course races. This program works in<br />
a small group format (5 person maximum) to<br />
help build the fundamentals needed for obstacle<br />
course racing. Develop strength, speed, grip and<br />
endurance and get ready to dominate your race.<br />

Join a great group of adults who enjoy staying<br />
active and having fun. Perform basic moves<br />
and routines designed to improve your balance,<br />
coordination, strength, stamina, posture, and<br />
flexibility. Exercise in an environment where you<br />
are encouraged to focus on what you can do and<br />
build from there. Bring a mat and a pillow or towel<br />
if you are able to participate in floor exercises.<br />
Group Exercise Classes<br />
Group Exercise Classes are free<br />
for all Y members.<br />
As a benefit to our members, we offer a large variety<br />
of over 90 FREE classes per week including Spinning,<br />
Zumba, Kickboxing, Barre, TRX, Insanity, Yoga and<br />
more!<br />
Times and days of classes varies, please visit our<br />
website or our Welcome Center for the most current<br />
schedule. Pre-registration for Group Exercise classes<br />
is recommended to guarantee a spot in class, but not<br />
mandatory. Members are admitted into class in the<br />
following order:<br />
1. Registered members<br />
2. Waitlisted registered members<br />
3. Walk-ins (not pre-registered)<br />
Members will not be admitted into class 10 minutes<br />
after class start time. Participants must be 16+<br />
without an adult present and 13 accompanied by an<br />
adult in the same class.<br />

Fitness Start Up<br />
Let your wellness journey begin!<br />
Cost $120 for 8 weeks<br />
This program is an 8 week guided tour<br />
through the ins and outs of starting your<br />
own fitness routine. Includes body<br />
composition testing, weekly weigh ins,<br />
daily workouts, healthy recipes, and more.<br />
Start date is coordinated with your schedule.<br />
