Quantity Discounts & Pricing “Case lot” pricing is available on most items at 5% off wholesale. The quantity required is the second of two numbers shown in parentheses at the end of each copy description. Annual volume determines other discounts. Shipping & Return Policies · All shipments are FOB our warehouse in Bloomingdale, IL. · We ship by United Parcel Service when possible. Orders that cannot be shipped UPS will be freight collect. · Check entire order upon receipt of shipment. Report any discrepancies to our Customer Relations Department (1-800-729-7662, ext. 3) within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise may be returned to Roman only if it is defective, and if prior authorization is received from the Customer Relations Department. A return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned to eligible requests. Print the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton. Discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will be assessed a restocking fee of 25%. · If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer carton, CALL UPS OR THE FREIGHT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY for a damage inspection. Please also notify Customer Relations to alert us that you have a claim. No allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed. · All order cancellations for standard in-line product must be received by Roman’s Customer Relations Department at least 15 working days prior to the requested ship date. In the event an order cannot be cancelled because it is in the process of shipping, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and will not be responsible for shipping charges.
