7-week session<br />
The Adult Ballet session is designed for adult students of all levels<br />
of training, from former dancers to adults who are looking to start<br />
their dance training for the very first time. The session will<br />
concentrate on correct body alignment/placement, strength <strong>and</strong><br />
flexibility, <strong>and</strong> providing formal training in the foundations of<br />
classical ballet. This class will focus on barre <strong>and</strong> center floor<br />
work.<br />

Wednesday<br />
Y member rate: $43/month<br />

40-week session<br />
This school-year program focuses on the five positions <strong>and</strong> barre<br />
technique. Advanced levels focus on locomotion movement <strong>and</strong><br />
choreography. Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers<br />
required. A holiday <strong>and</strong> spring recital will be held. Information on<br />
recitals <strong>and</strong> costume fees will be emailed to parents. Monthly<br />
payment plan is available.<br />
