Workplace strategy consultant, Steve Dobson, knows the
project inside and out, and has worked closely with Mattioli
Woods to develop and create a more effective and flexible
modern work space for end users.
Steve has worked collaboratively with our head of design,
Claire, to produce designs and visual representations that
will excite and impress the client.
A comprehensive pricing schedule has been put together
by Kevin Smith our commercial manager.
Dave Holmes, project director for the scheme is well
versed with the clients requirements and having visited the
site, knows the logistical challenges associated with the
site, made arrangements for risk control and provided a
programme in conjunction with the wider design, delivery
and supply chain representatives, which adheres to the
dates stipulated.
Constant monitoring and review of the programme
throughout the scheme and specifically at weekly progress
meetings. We will work with our supply chain to make any
necessary changes, such as the re-sequencing of trades, to
maintain or make betterment to a programme.
Dave will be a constant presence throughout the scheme,
making regular contact with your team as the works progress.
Our site manager, Roddy Walker, will also take on the role
of client liaison. He will be a single point of contact on site,
ensuring communication can flow openly between your team,
our supply chain and head office support.
Handover and softlandings
Making the process as smooth as possible for both the client
and end users.
Developed our own soft landings process to manage
handovers seamlessly to include super users tour the building
with site management and training for super users and
facilities teams, on how to operate the building prior to their
first day in work.
O&M manuals produced and handed over at project
completion, telling you everything you need to know about
the building and equipment and how to maintain it moving
forward.
Site management available for several weeks after handover
to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible.
