SOFA TALK
THE WIDOWS DEFENDER
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO STAY HEALTHY, FIT AND IN SHAPE LIKE YOU? IN OTHER WORDS, HOW DO YOU MAKE
OUT TIME TO KEEP YOURSELF LOOKING SO FLY ROUND THE CLOCK?
At this point I would like to sing PSQUARE song “e no easy eeeh’’ lol . My dear it is not easy but do-able. It
calls for the 2 difficult but possible D’s, Discipline and Determination. That’s all it takes. Nothing good
comes easy but if you are passionate enough, your passion will drive you to achieving it.
I eat my fruits and vegetables especially watermelon and cucumber and I exercise at home or at the gym
when time permits. However I must add that however you see yourself please love and accept yourself
because that is the beginning of your good health and glow.
“My mother was my Father”.
She is the Wonder woman I
know.
HOW IS ABUJA SCENERY FOR ACTING, BECAUSE IT IS PERCEIVED THAT ACTING IS
MORE ENCOURAGING IN LAGOS?
That is a wrong assumption. Abuja is best for acting as far as beautiful scenery, quietness, convenience in
navigating from one location to the other is concerned. There are more filmmakers in Lagos but that is
changing now. There is what you can call Lagos-Abuja migration by film makers and actors. However
Nollywood films are made in different parts of Nigeria South, East, North and West.
