driveway and sidewalk. This small step of maintenance can keep your property looking well<br />

maintained.<br />

Gutters - Gutters need to be cleaned out on a regular basis. This time of year they fill up with<br />

pine needles and leaves. If the gutters are full of leaves and pine needles, they will not drain<br />

properly and will need to be cleaned. The extra weight will cause the gutter nails to become<br />

loose and the gutter will sag or fall from your home. Gutters are important as they protect the<br />

fascia boards.<br />

Landscaping - Trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers add a great deal to the value of your home<br />

and the community. Remember that over time trees and shrubs can become overgrown and<br />

unsightly. Please keep your landscaping well-trimmed and yard edged so that it enhances your<br />

home and does not interfere with the street.<br />

Street Parking - Please keep in mind that that the streets belong to the City. Please report<br />

all street parking to Harris County Constable Precinct 4 non-emergency line at 281-376- 3472.<br />

NOTICE OF SAFETY ISSUE:<br />

It was brought up to the HOA Board’s attention at the last meeting about the parking situation<br />

on streets. As a kind reminder to residents of <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong>, if possible, please try to park your<br />

vehicles in your driveway. It is causing a safety situation, obstructing the view of passing<br />

children and may cause an issue for emergency vehicles. Bicycles - On the detention pond<br />

sidewalk, please be courtesy to our walkers if you are riding a bicycle.<br />

VETERANS DAY<br />

Saturday, <strong>November</strong> 11, <strong>2017</strong> at 11 AM to 2 PM.<br />

Clubhouse Rental is $100 with a $300 deposit<br />

Assessments must be paid in full and current<br />

to receive a pool tag, fitness key or to rent the<br />

clubhouse also paperwork must be filled with<br />

current photo ID is required<br />

All paperwork and fitness swipe key can be<br />

filled and paid at recreation center (clubhouse)<br />

with Management Company<br />

Tuesday: 1-5 PM<br />

Wednesday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM<br />

All Homeowners Association Meetings are held the<br />

fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 PM at the<br />

recreation center - clubhouse with the exception<br />

of <strong>November</strong> and December the HOA Board is<br />

on holiday during these months and resumes in<br />

January.<br />
