Corazón Puro organized one of
the largest evangelization events
ever witnessed in our University
of Rio Grande, Texas. The
event consisted in inviting the
students to have a moment with
the Blessed Sacrament exposed
and then to share in the Catholic
Center all together.
We faced challenges, but at the
same time it was a great experience
to have been able to
share the truth with other young
people. As an alumna, I know
that not every day as a student is
good, there are moments of solitude
in which you want someone
to listen and to be present. The
evangelizing mission that was
carried out did not go unnoticed
by the students and had a good
impact on their spiritual life.
Currently Corazon Puro works
hard to bring the hope of the
gospel to young people who
need it most. During the “Boundless”
event we divided into three
teams: evangelization, intercession
and music ministry. The
large group of students was
very motivated during the whole
event and could experience a
youthful atmosphere with great
desires to profess their faith.
“And Jesus came and said to
them, ‘All authority in heaven and
on earth has been given to me.
Go therefore and make disciples
of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that
I have commanded you; and lo, I
am with you always, to the close
of the age.’”
Thanks to this event we had the
experience of the greatness of
God and his infinite mercy that
has no limits, making Himself
present among a group of young
students in the Rio Grande Valley,
Texas.
