NIGHT BOWLS
RE-START
MID
JANUARY
2018
Fridays to Tuesdays
struck a chord with the
Crows Nest community
not readily familiar
with the game of lawn
bowls.
The rules were relaxed
and not as structured
as the traditional
format and people really
enjoyed the idea.
Attendances improved
steadily each
night as the word got
around town.
Bill’s Burgers were
always tasty and ready
to go and the winning
prizes and raffles were
a welcome feature of
each evening.
Bowls Club President
Jim Walcroft said the
venture was extremely
