4. Labour.

remodeling project. That number is worth it if you need to use your kitchen as
soon as possible. You can however reduce the cost by hiring people who have the
skills but only work as side jobs. If you hire a contractor it will be slightly more
expensive due to the overhead costs he has to cater for.
5. RE­Sale value.
If you plan to sell the home in future then go for more basic designs that can be
