Naturally, there are a number of
other exciting capital projects
planned for the future. As an example,
though, we would love to
see the Lawley Road staff housing
moved to the top of the campus to
make way for an astroturf or field.
The houses in Lawley Road were,
after all, acquired for this purpose
some 15 – 17 years ago and would
alleviate an enormous amount
of pressure on our current sport
fields, including the Hope field, as
the school has grown to 500 pupils.
The campus “map” below shows
the current long term capital project
plan, which will, in our minds,
facilitate the continual improvement
and upgrades to the school
facilities as has taken place over the
forty seven years that I have been
visiting The Ridge and enabled our
school to remain current, relevant
and desirable from so many different
aspects. We need to ensure
that this remains the case for decades
to come.
