Please help us to save the Feibusch mural<br />
On 4 December 2017, the Church of England published a draft Scheme proposing that St Elisabeth’s in<br />
Eastbourne should finally be demolished in <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
Martyrs’ Gallery intends to object to the Scheme on the basis that inadequate provision has been made to<br />
ensure the safe removal of the Hans Feibusch mural, Pilgrim’s Progress, located in the church’s crypt.<br />
Please add weight to our objection by making one of your own by Sunday 7 <strong>January</strong> <strong>2018</strong>. Objections<br />
should be made in writing to: Representations, Closed Churches Division, Church Commissioners, Church<br />
House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ or by email to: closedchurches.reps@churchofengland.org.<br />
Please also state whether you would like the opportunity to speak at any future public hearing.<br />
