Achievable: Is it possible? Have other’s successfully done it? Do you have the knowledge, skills and resources to get the job done? Will achieving the goal challenge you and not defeat you? 4. Results: What is the benefit of accomplishing the goal? What outcome will be gained by achieving the goal? 5. Time-bound: What is the due date? What urgency exists?
